Individual training is one coach, one player, one focused hour - built entirely around your kid's specific gaps.
Whether it's a weak foot, positioning, first touch, or decision-making under pressure - we identify what's costing them and work it out of their game. One session at a time.
1-on-1 training photoGroup training builds a great foundation. Individual training closes specific gaps - fast. Here's who gets the most out of it.
An upcoming season, a big game, or a position change - when there's a specific goal on the horizon, individual sessions let us build the work entirely around that.
Weak left foot. Poor first touch under pressure. Turning too slow. Whatever the coach is telling you, we can target it directly. One hour of focused work on one thing moves the needle faster than weeks of general training.
Some players just need an environment where they can fail without an audience. 1-on-1 sessions give them space to try things, make mistakes, and build the kind of confidence that shows up in games.
Club and school coaches work with entire squads. Individual sessions fill the gap - players get direct coaching on the things their team doesn't have time to work on in practice.
When a player is ready to push to the next level, individual sessions are how they get there faster. Focused, personalized work that moves the needle in ways group training alone can't.
Brand new to soccer and don't want to feel lost in a group? Individual sessions build the basics at their own pace - no pressure, no comparison, just a coach focused entirely on them.

"My son has been training with Kaizen for a few weeks now and his improvement and confidence is remarkable! The coaches are top notch and knowledgeable and always push him to be better! They slow down the drills for better understanding! I wish we had started months ago!"
"Great group of trainers! My daughter trained 3 days a week with them through their summer training program. In her experience, it wasn't a one size fits all training. They made sure she was challenged by adjusting the intensity that worked best for her all while keeping it fun and enjoyable."
"The atmosphere is positive, welcoming, and truly focused on helping players grow. The coaches are dedicated, knowledgeable, and take the time to build strong relationships with each player, which really makes a difference."
Flexible scheduling - book a time that works for you.
Three steps. Your player is on the pitch working on the exact things that matter most to them.
Pick your time - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday at 4pm, 5pm, or 6pm. Tell us what your player wants to work on when you book. We come prepared.
Your coach spends the first few minutes watching your player to confirm where the real gaps are. Then the hour is built entirely around closing them - no generic drills.
At the end of every session, your coach tells you exactly what improved and what to keep working on. Sessions are available in packages of 5, 10, or 15 - or book one at a time.
Sessions are built around what your player needs - not a fixed curriculum. Here's what that typically looks like.
Ball mastery and close control
Dribbling and 1v1 situations
Passing technique and accuracy
Shooting and finishing
First touch and receiving under pressure
Weak foot development
Turning speed and change of direction
Positioning and movement off the ball
Decision-making under pressure
Reading the game and anticipating play
Athletic performance and speed
Position-specific development
Confidence and composure on the ball
Game-like scenarios and 1v1 finishing
